Netflix’s Six-Part Psychological Thriller Is Being Called One of the Best Shows Nobody Talks About Enough, With Viewers Binge-Watching Every Episode Before a Mind-Blowing Finale Leaves Them Questioning Everything

The Hidden Netflix Thriller Viewers Can’t Stop Talking About

With streaming platforms releasing an endless stream of new originals, box sets and returning favourites, choosing what to watch has become an unexpectedly difficult task. Despite having more entertainment at their fingertips than ever before, viewers can easily spend hours scrolling through catalogues without finding something that truly grabs their attention.

Unfortunately, this also means some genuinely outstanding television shows are being overlooked, disappearing into the crowded libraries of streaming services despite having everything needed to become the next big obsession.

TV reviewer Craig is determined to change that. With an audience of 46,000 followers on TikTok, he regularly shares recommendations in the hope of bringing overlooked television gems to a much wider audience.

In a recent video, he singled out one particular Netflix thriller that he believes deserves considerably more attention. According to Craig, it is one of the best shows that not enough people have discovered, and those who finally give it a chance often find themselves racing through the episodes in a single sitting.

The series is Behind Her Eyes, a six-part psychological thriller based on Sarah Pinborough’s 2017 novel of the same name. Starring Simona Brown, Tom Bateman and Eve Hewson, the limited series combines disturbing secrets, complicated relationships and increasingly unsettling revelations.

A Twisted Story That Keeps Viewers Guessing

What makes Behind Her Eyes so addictive is its ability to keep audiences questioning everything they think they know.

The story is packed with cliffhangers, unreliable characters and hidden motives, creating an atmosphere in which almost everyone appears to be concealing something. Just when viewers believe they have worked out what is happening, another revelation threatens to change their understanding of the entire story.

Craig was particularly impressed by the show’s mysterious atmosphere and its ability to maintain tension throughout its six episodes.

He explained that the constant uncertainty surrounding the characters is what makes the thriller so difficult to switch off. Secrets, lies and manipulation are woven throughout the story, leaving viewers desperate to uncover what is really happening.

He also described it as one of the best television shows that rarely receives the recognition it deserves, highlighting its remarkable adaptation from the original novel.

For anyone who enjoys psychological dramas that reward close attention, this is precisely the sort of series that can turn an ordinary evening into an all-night binge-watching session.

Viewers Praise the Series and Its Extraordinary Twist

Craig’s recommendation quickly attracted attention from viewers who had already discovered the Netflix thriller.

One viewer simply commented: “I loved it.”

Another was particularly impressed by the ending, writing: “Seen it. Brilliant twist too.”

A third revealed that they had read Sarah Pinborough’s novel before watching the adaptation, adding that the television version stayed remarkably close to the original story and was really, really good.

The finale is undoubtedly one of the biggest talking points surrounding Behind Her Eyes. Without giving away its most important secrets, the series builds towards a deeply unexpected conclusion that has the potential to completely change how viewers interpret everything that came before it.

The show’s IMDb rating currently stands at a respectable 7.2 out of 10. While some critics have been less enthusiastic, questioning whether certain aspects of the storyline push believability too far, its devoted fans clearly believe the experience is worth every minute.

All Six Episodes Are Available on Netflix

With just six episodes to get through, Behind Her Eyes is an ideal choice for viewers searching for a gripping thriller they can finish in a single day.

The limited series is currently available exclusively on Netflix, giving subscribers the opportunity to experience the entire story without waiting for another instalment.

For those who have somehow missed it, Craig’s recommendation could be the perfect excuse to finally press play. Just be prepared for a finale that may leave you thinking about the series long after the screen goes dark.
