Jelly Roll and Bunnie XO Put Their $7 Million Tennessee Mansion Up for Sale — Just Two Months After Their ‘Devastating’ Divorce

Another chapter of Jelly Roll and Bunnie XO’s decade-long relationship appears to be closing.
Just two months after finalizing their divorce, the former couple have reportedly listed their sprawling Tennessee mansion for just under $7 million, putting the home that formed part of their life together onto the market as both continue moving forward separately.
According to TMZ, the custom-built property in historic Franklin, approximately 21 miles south of Nashville, was listed Wednesday.
The move comes after Bunnie publicly revealed just how physically and emotionally difficult the end of their marriage had been behind closed doors.
Their Tennessee Home Sits on Nearly 10 Acres

The Franklin estate offers more than 7,000 square feet of living space across nearly 10 acres of countryside.
Inside are five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, while the outdoor space includes a covered porch, complete outdoor kitchen, living and dining areas and a large resort-style swimming pool.
The property also boasts sweeping views of the surrounding Tennessee landscape.
Its sale represents another significant step in separating the life Jelly Roll and Bunnie built together after meeting more than a decade ago.
The pair first crossed paths in 2015.
Bunnie was in another relationship at the time, but after that ended, she and Jelly Roll became romantically involved.
They married in 2016 at the Stained Glass Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas.
Bunnie Says the Divorce Took a Devastating Physical Toll

The couple’s split became official in July, but Bunnie has since revealed that the months surrounding it were far more painful than her public appearances suggested.
Speaking on Open Book With Jenna Bush Hager, the 46-year-old podcaster said there were periods when she struggled to eat.
“There were moments when my team had to pick me up off the floor and give me IVs,” she revealed.
At another point, Bunnie said she survived on baby food and lost approximately 20 pounds.
“Heartbreak, man, it’s the best freaking diet,” she joked.
Despite appearing composed publicly, Bunnie explained that she had made a conscious decision years earlier not to break down in front of cameras.
Privately, however, the experience was very different.
“Yeah, it hurt,” she admitted.
She Deleted the Podcast Episode About Their Breakup

Bunnie initially discussed the separation with listeners of her Dumb Blonde podcast but later removed the episode.
She explained that continuing to see such a painful moment whenever she visited her own YouTube page wasn’t something she wanted.
“I said what I needed to say,” she explained.
Although she acknowledged that the episode had generated significant money, she said leaving it online purely for financial reasons wasn’t worth repeatedly confronting the memories.
Now she wants the divorce to stop defining her public identity.
“I also don’t want to be the freaking poster child for divorce,” Bunnie said.
She described divorce as a “very devastating situation,” pointing to the families and hearts that can be broken in the process.
“So it’s time to move on.”
Their Marriage Had Already Survived a Major Crisis

Jelly Roll and Bunnie’s relationship had endured difficulties long before their 2026 separation.
They briefly split in 2018 following an affair by Jelly Roll, something the country singer later described as one of the worst moments of his life.
They eventually reconciled.
In 2023, the couple returned to the same Las Vegas chapel where they had originally married and exchanged vows again.
They would have celebrated their tenth wedding anniversary in August 2026.
Instead, court documents obtained by the Daily Mail showed Jelly Roll filed for divorce on May 18, listing May 9 as their date of separation and citing irreconcilable differences.
Sources cited by TMZ described the decision to separate as mutual.
Their Shared Life Is Being Divided

The divorce settlement reportedly involves a significant collection of assets accumulated during their marriage.
According to TMZ, Jelly Roll and Bunnie are dividing property including homes, vehicles, an aircraft and intellectual property.
Jelly Roll will reportedly make a one-time lump-sum payment to Bunnie, although the amount remains confidential.
The agreement is also said to prevent either party from publicly disparaging the other, while no additional alimony battle is expected.
Despite the end of their marriage, Bunnie has continued speaking warmly about her former husband.
She previously described Jelly Roll as her “best friend” and confirmed that he had begun dating again, adding that she was happy for him.
Bunnie Is Beginning Her Own New Chapter
Bunnie has also been linked to 24-year-old Dylan Wolf, who appeared on the Netflix reality series Calabasas Confidential.
The pair were reportedly seen kissing in Nashville over the Fourth of July.
Shortly after her divorce was finalized, Bunnie also treated herself to an extravagant purchase: a Rolls-Royce Cullinan reportedly worth around $500,000.
But she insists her next chapter isn’t simply about being seen with somebody new.
“I’m ready to have fun,” she said while discussing life after divorce.
For Bunnie, that includes reclaiming a sense of independence after spending months privately dealing with heartbreak.
For Jelly Roll, it means moving forward separately from the woman who was beside him through much of his extraordinary rise in country music.
And now the home they once shared is moving on too.
With their nearly 10-acre Franklin estate on the market for almost $7 million, one of the most tangible pieces of Jelly Roll and Bunnie XO’s life together is being left behind — less than three months after a marriage that nearly reached its tenth anniversary officially came to an end.
