Miranda Lambert Celebrates New Album Crisco With One-Night-Only Nashville Show — Featuring Chris Stapleton and Ella Langley Collaborations

Miranda Lambert marked a major new chapter in her career with a celebration worthy of the occasion — a one-night-only Nashville performance tied to the release of her brand-new album, Crisco.
The country star took the stage at The Truth, Nashville’s newest venue, as she celebrated an album that mixes the unmistakable country sound fans have followed for years with unexpected touches of disco and funk.
Crisco also represents an important professional milestone for Lambert as her first album released through her new label, MCA.
But despite experimenting with new sounds, the project appears designed to showcase every side of the artist listeners already know.

A press release describes the record as a “vibrant, free-spirited collection” embracing Lambert as a storyteller, wanderer, romantic, troublemaker, traditionalist and dreamer.
That combination gives the album room to move beyond one particular version of country music.
And Lambert didn’t make the journey entirely alone.
Crisco includes two major collaborations with fellow country stars.
Ella Langley joins Lambert on “Snakeskin Boots,” while Chris Stapleton appears on “A Song To Sing.”
The Stapleton collaboration in particular already has a history behind it.
Chris Stapleton and Miranda Lambert Joined Forces for Their First Official Duet
“A Song To Sing” was released as Lambert and Stapleton’s first official duet and served as the first single from Lambert’s tenth studio album.
For two artists with some of country music’s most instantly recognizable voices, the collaboration was a notable moment.
They later brought the song to the 2025 CMA Awards, appearing together in coordinating suits for its live performance.
The track subsequently earned recognition at the 2026 Grammy Awards, where it was nominated for Best Country Song and Best Country Duo/Group Performance.
Now the duet has found its home on Crisco, alongside Lambert’s collaboration with Langley.

The mixture of collaborators and musical influences makes Crisco an intriguing step forward for Lambert.
Disco and funk may not be the first genres listeners associate with the Texas-born country star, but the album’s description makes clear that traditional country remains part of its foundation.
Instead of replacing the different identities Lambert has developed throughout her career, the project brings them together.
There’s the storyteller and traditionalist longtime fans recognize, but also the restless wanderer and troublemaker willing to push into unexpected territory.
And Nashville provided the setting for Lambert to celebrate that evolution.
With a new label, a new album, a one-night-only show and collaborations with Chris Stapleton and Ella Langley, Crisco opens another chapter for Miranda Lambert — while keeping every side of the country star firmly in the spotlight.
