KATE Garraway made a very rude blunder live on Good Morning Britain – did you catch it?
The awkward moment came as Kate, 59, and co-host Tom Swarbrick, 39, interviewed a guest from Channel 4‘s The Piano.
Grace Matthews, 19, had her fingers and lower legs amputated at a young age.
The pianist, from Norwich, had been suffering from meningitis and meningococcal septicaemia when she was four.
She subsequently taught herself to play the piano using her own technique – and left many impressed with her playing skills.
Speaking to Grace on GMB, Kate made an unfortunate blunder that viewers soon clocked.
The presenter said: “People talk about the skill of f*******g in the piano, don’t they?
“They talk about the skill of the strength of fingers, the spread of fingers.
“And you just approach this head-on, without that.”
As soon as Kate said “f*******g”, pianist Grace was seen giggling to herself, as she took in the amusing moment.
Fans also reacted at home, with one person saying: “Wasn’t expecting that”, adding three laughing emojis.
Another penned: “Excuse me of what exactly.”
While a third commented: “Generational lock in from everyone in the studio.”
