Cruz Beckham Surprises Fans With Childhood Photo of Brooklyn and Romeo Amid Ongoing Family Rift

Cruz Beckham has caught fans off guard after sharing a nostalgic childhood photograph with brothers Brooklyn and Romeo Beckham, despite the highly publicized family tensions that have kept Brooklyn apart from the rest of the Beckhams.
The throwback appeared among a collection of recent images posted by Cruz on Instagram and showed the three brothers together as children during a family holiday.
Cruz kept his message simple, captioning the photograph “Brothers” alongside a blue heart emoji.
Given Brooklyn’s current estrangement from his family, however, the seemingly innocent post quickly attracted attention.
Fans React to Cruz’s ‘Brothers’ Throwback

Brooklyn has not recently been pictured alongside the rest of the Beckham family, making Cruz’s decision to publicly revisit a happier moment from their childhood particularly notable.
Followers soon filled the comments with messages about the brothers’ relationship.
“Brothers forever Cruz!” one person wrote.
Another added: “Precious memories forever!”
Around the same time, Nicola Peltz Beckham shared her own collection of photographs. Among images of luxury homes and bouquets of flowers was a picture of her husband Brooklyn smiling.
The posts come as the Beckham family’s private tensions continue to play out publicly.
Brooklyn Previously Addressed the Family Rift

In January, Brooklyn said he was no longer speaking to his family and alleged that they had interfered with his marriage to Nicola and “humiliated” him during the couple’s 2022 wedding.
He also indicated that he was not interested in reconciling with parents David and Victoria Beckham.
The dispute has subsequently involved his relationships with siblings Cruz, Romeo and Harper as well.
Cruz’s latest nostalgic post comes shortly after another social media clip prompted speculation among fans that he may have been taking a swipe at his older brother.
Cruz’s Cooking Video Sparked Speculation

In a recent TikTok video, Cruz was shown attempting to crack an egg into a frying pan.
After struggling with the shell and removing pieces with his fingers, he threw it away and captioned the clip: “The shell is the best part.”
His song “Wear & Tear” played over the video, including the lyric: “I wanna wear you down.”
Some followers interpreted the cooking theme as a reference to Brooklyn, who regularly shares food-related content.
Brooklyn recently attracted attention for a cooking video filmed aboard a yacht in which he used seawater while preparing tomato pasta during a holiday with Nicola.
Responding to Cruz’s clip, one follower wrote: “Second best cook in the family after ya dad….”
Another commented: “It took me a minute, but this has to be a dig. The cooking and the song lyrics.”
Cruz himself did not confirm that the video was directed at Brooklyn.
Beckhams Holiday Separately in St. Tropez
The continuing distance between Brooklyn and his family was highlighted again earlier this month when both sides were vacationing separately around St. Tropez.
David, Victoria and other members of the Beckham family were enjoying a summer break in the South of France, while Brooklyn and Nicola were spending time nearby.
Despite their proximity, David and Victoria reportedly missed crossing paths with their eldest son by only minutes.
The family has now been divided for more than a year, while David and Victoria have reportedly made several attempts to extend an olive branch.
Against that backdrop, Cruz’s decision to share an old photograph of himself smiling alongside Brooklyn and Romeo has inevitably drawn attention.
Whether the post carried any deeper meaning remains unclear. But for fans following the Beckham family rift, one simple word — “Brothers” — was enough to get people talking again.
