MEGHAN MARKLE’S ACTING COMEBACK TAKES ANOTHER TWIST
MEGHAN MARKLE’S HOLLYWOOD RETURN COULD STILL BE ON — DESPITE CLAIMS HER NETFLIX ROLE WAS AXED, AS BOSSES REPORTEDLY REMAIN KEEN TO BRING THE DUCHESS BACK TO THE SCREEN.

Meghan Markle’s long-awaited return to acting may not be dead after all.
The Duchess of Sussex is reportedly still in talks to appear in Netflix’s The Gentlemen, despite earlier claims that she had been dropped from the project following a public backlash.
No formal agreement has reportedly been reached, but Netflix bosses are said to remain interested in securing Meghan for the role.

A source told The Sun that her return would likely attract huge attention from both supporters and critics — potentially making the project a major commercial opportunity.
“Her return to acting is expected to draw a large audience of both her supporters and critics.”
The latest development comes just days after royal author Tina Brown claimed in her Substack newsletter that the reported deal involving Meghan, 45, was off.
Now, however, those claims appear to have been thrown into doubt.

If negotiations do continue, Meghan could yet find herself back in front of the cameras — turning what appeared to be a cancelled comeback into one of the most closely watched Netflix casting stories of the year.
