I’M a Celebrity star Aitch is in talks to get his own fly-on-the-wall show with Prime Video.
He has just realeased his Netflix special, Aitch: Don’t Be Afraid, which followed his journey as he climbed Mount Kilimanjaro.
And now a second streamer is sniffing around the rapper from Manchester with a format similar to other Prime documentaries.
From Molly-Mae Hague‘s Molly-Mae: Behind It All to the upcoming fly-on-the wall show featuring Abbey Clancy and Peter Crouch, the shows provide an insight into celebs’ private and professional lives.
A source said: “Aitch is fast becoming one of the most in-demand stars on TV.
“His stint in the jungle went down so well last year, he’s constantly being tapped up by production studios.

“The latest project that’s in the works is a fly-on-the-wall series with Prime.
“Essentially, it’s a reality show about his life offstage, being in the studio and his close bond with his family.”
Despite his hardman rapper persona, Aitch, whose real name is Harrison Armstrong, first revealed his softer side last year during his stint in the I’m A Celeb jungle, where he shared his love and support for his sister Gracie, who has Down’s Syndrome.
Earlier this month, The Sun revealed how the Taste (Make It Shake) rapper was in advanced talks to become a coach on ITV talent competition The Voice.
Bosses hope he will breathe new life into the show and add a new “cool factor” to the series which, by 2027, will have been on air for 15 years.
He is set to replace McFly duo Tom Fletcher and Danny Jones, who shared a seat on the show.
I told you earlier this month how the duo had quietly quit the hit series, leaving bosses gutted and scrambling to find a replacement.
Despite all this TV work, Aitch isn’t turning his back on music.
The rapper’s latest single RMB (Ring My Bell) is out now.
THE JOY OF (FILM) SETS
HE was last seen in BBC One war series Rogue Heroes, while she was recently in Netflix’s murder drama Monster: The Ed Gein Story – but we are going to be seeing a whole lot more of Gwilym Lee and Vicky Krieps.
That is because they are both about to star in an upcoming drama about the landmark 1972 sex manual The Joy Of Sex – with some pretty meaty roles.
I can reveal that Gwilym, best known for portraying Brian May in the 2018 Queen movie Bohemian Rhapsody, will be tackling the role of Charles Raymond.
He was the bearded chap who appeared on the book’s cover and was pictured demonstrating various adventurous sex positions on the inside pages too.
He also happened to be the book’s illustrator.
Partnering him in the poses was his German wife Edeltraud, who will be played by Vicky.
She made her big breakthrough in the Oscar-winning 2017 movie Phantom Thread, opposite Daniel Day-Lewis.
Colin Firth is playing the book’s author, Dr Alex Comfort, opposite Julianne Moore as his first wife Ruth Harris and Laura Linney as his mistress then second wife Jane Henderson.
SALLY A MYSTERY AGAIN
SALLY LINDSAY is making a shock return in the new series of Murdoch Mysteries.
When she last appeared on the Acorn TV show – in an episode called Murder, She Wrote last year – her character was a suspected killer.
Sally played a novelist called Nigella Fletcher who interfered with an investigation by Detective William Murdoch, played by Yannick Bisson into the killing of an attorney.
The Madame Blanc Mysteries star Sally said: “I have done another episode of Murdoch over in Canada that’s coming out.
“I seem to be a comedy regular there.
“I don’t know why. I thought I was a murderer but I’m not . . . so I did another one.”
SARA SO GLAD TO SIGN UP
COMEDIAN Sara Pascoe completes the line-up for the upcoming Celebrity Gladiators.
The BBC yesterday revealed the final contender who will need to be ready for the one-off show on BBC One, which is being filmed this week.
As we exclusively revealed already, it will also feature TV presenter AJ Odudu, YouTuber George Clarke and comic Chris Ramsey, who have all previously triumphed on Strictly.
Commenting on her signing, Sara said: “Celebrity Gladiators is the ideal opportunity for me to live out my childhood dream of humiliating myself on national television.”
It could turn out to be more of a nightmare, Sara.
CHANNEL 5 has added 11 streamed channels to Freely – the live and on-demand streaming platform from Everyone TV.
Each one caters to specific interests, such as true crime or movies, or 5’s best-loved shows, such as Bargain-Loving Brits In The Sun and The Yorkshire Vet.
ADHD: IS IT REAL OR NOT?
A PUNCHY documentary will look at whether ADHD is a genuine neurodevelopmental disorder or a social construct.
Called The Great ADHD Myth?, the Channel 4 show will also examines whether we should be giving so many children powerful psychiatric drugs to medicate it.
It is fronted by Dr Max Pemberton, who says: “As a psychiatrist, I’ve watched ADHD go from a diagnosis that was only occasionally made and after careful assessment, to one that is increasingly demanded and dispensed, and I wanted to understand why.
“There’s no doubt that the people seeking these diagnoses are genuinely struggling, that isn’t in question.
“What the film asks is whether ADHD is really the best explanation for that struggle.
“And my hope is that we come away with permission to ask better questions about what modern life is doing to all of us.”
