Those claims remain speculation. Neither Harry nor Meghan has confirmed that the video was filmed at their residence or identified the property shown.

The video gives a glimpse of a much quieter side of the Sussexes’ return to Britain.

Why Rowler Estate has been mentioned
Among the locations discussed online is Ian Wace’s Rowler Estate in Northamptonshire.
The estate has previously been described as including a private lake, commercial farm and trout farm, among other facilities. Ian Wace, co-founder of Marshall Wace Asset Management, acquired the Rowler Estate in 2006.
Some social media users believe the fishing scenes and surrounding landscape could resemble the property.
That remains an unconfirmed theory. There is no public confirmation from Harry, Meghan or their representatives that the video was filmed at Rowler Estate, and the couple have not publicly disclosed the exact location of their British home.
The speculation comes at a particularly sensitive moment for the Sussexes because their security arrangements in Britain are being reassessed.
The timing comes as the Sussexes face a new security review
On September 14, ITV News reported that the Royal and VIP Executive Committee, known as RAVEC, had decided that Harry should receive a full review of his security following his return to Britain. Meghan is also set to have her own Risk Management Board assessment, marking the first such review of her potential risks and threats since the couple left the monarchy in 2020.
The decision followed the family’s relocation to Britain and Archie and Lilibet beginning school there.
