Ryan Seacrest Appears to Soft-Launch New Romance With “Dinner for Two” During TV Break
Ryan Seacrest may have just given fans another clue about his love life — and it came in the form of an intimate dinner for two.
While taking a summer break from his hosting duties on Wheel of Fortune and American Idol, the 51-year-old television personality shared a series of photos from a romantic evening at home. There was one detail that immediately caught followers’ attention: the carefully prepared dinner was clearly set for two.
The post did not identify who joined Seacrest for the evening, but fans were quick to wonder whether the mystery guest could be his rumored girlfriend, Dutch model Maxime Nova.
A romantic dinner sparks questions
On Sunday, Seacrest offered Instagram followers a glimpse into how he has been spending his time away from television.
Rather than simply sharing a finished meal, he documented the evening from start to finish. Photos showed him preparing food in the kitchen, with several pots and pans on the stove as he cooked salmon, pasta and different sauces.
He later showed the meal arranged on an outdoor table. Two place settings sat opposite each other, surrounded by multiple dishes of pasta, including ravioli and spaghetti served with red and pesto sauces.
Wine glasses, Parmesan cheese, olive oil and other toppings completed the setup, while candles and flowers decorated the center of the table. The setting appeared to be on a patio beside a garden.
Seacrest captioned the post, “Dinner for two. Heavy on the pasta, wine not pictured, still working on my plating skills.”
That seemingly casual caption was enough to get fans asking a much more personal question: Who exactly was sitting across from him?
Several followers immediately focused on the unidentified guest.
“Who was your guest? Inquiring minds want to know lol,” one person commented.
Another asked, “Ok curious minds want to know…. Who’s the guest ???”
A third wrote, “Who is the LUCkY guest?!!”
Another fan simply wondered, “Ohhh who’s the lucky lady?!”
Fans connect the dots to Maxime Nova
The questions come after The U.S. Sun exclusively reported in June that Seacrest had been spending time with Dutch model Maxime Nova, 34.
The pair had previously been spotted having dinner together in the South of France. Nova was photographed wearing a fitted black dress, while Seacrest wore shorts and a white short-sleeved linen shirt.
At this point, however, it remains unclear how serious their relationship is or how long the two have been seeing each other.
Nova has previously attracted attention for her unexpected romance with luxury real estate developer Mohamed Hadid, 77, who is the father of model Gigi Hadid.
Seacrest has largely kept his personal life out of the spotlight, so his latest Instagram post offered no confirmation that Nova was the woman joining him for dinner. Still, the timing and the unmistakably romantic two-person setup were enough to fuel speculation among his followers.
Seacrest’s recent dating history
Before his reported connection with Nova, Seacrest was last publicly linked to Australian realtor Camille Orders, 32. The two were spotted together in Rome last summer, although their rumored romance appeared to be short-lived.
Prior to Orders, Seacrest was in a relationship with model Aubrey Paige, 28. The couple split in April 2024 after being together for three years.
For now, Seacrest has not publicly confirmed the identity of the woman behind his latest “dinner for two.” His Instagram post may have revealed a little more about his private life — but it left fans with perhaps the biggest question of all: Who was sitting at that second place setting?
