Monday’s episode, which was recorded before the Labor Day holiday, features Will Ferrell, Molly Shannon, Colin Jost and Leslie Jones.

The celebrity-filled lineup continues when Jenna and Sheinelle return to the studio.

Tuesday will feature Sara Bareilles and the cast of The Real Housewives of New York City. Naomi Watts and Shyne are scheduled for Wednesday.

Thursday brings an especially star-studded lineup with Cindy Crawford, Sandra Bullock, Nicole Kidman and Theo James, while Tyler Perry is set to appear Friday.

“We’re back with an all-new season of #JennaandSheinelle! We’ll see y’all this week,” the show’s official post announced.

The message marks the clearest indication yet that the pair are preparing to resume their regular hosting duties after their extended summer break.

Their absence sparked questions from viewers

Jenna and Sheinelle were not the only Today personalities to take time away during the summer.

Savannah Guthrie took what was described as “much-needed” time off, with Kristen Welker stepping in behind the news desk. Carson Daly also filled in for Craig Melvin while Melvin took a family getaway.
