Earlier this week, Bunnie Xo deleted the viral podcast episode that addressed her divorce from Jelly Roll, and now fans finally know why.
The content creator and the country superstar have been a major headline topic ever since their divorce became public on June 15. Online records confirmed that Jelly Roll had filed for divorce back in May.
Since then, both have addressed the split publicly. Jelly Roll briefly spoke about it during a concert just days later, saying it would be the only time he would comment on their breakup.
He reassured fans that he and Bunnie are on good terms. Jelly Roll told the arena full of people: “Me and my wife are best friends. We will always be best friends.”

Around the same time, Bunnie shared a more detailed explanation of their divorce in a nearly hour-long episode of her Dumb Blonde Podcast.
It wasn’t exactly a “tell-all,” but she did talk openly about several personal issues that ultimately affected their marriage. You can read a debrief of the podcast here.
However, after the video had been up for a couple of weeks, it was suddenly taken down, leaving fans more confused than ever.
Why Did Bunnie Xo Delete The Podcast Episode About Her Divorce?
A few days after deleting the episode, Bunnie shared another video on her YouTube channel explaining why she did it.
Simply put, she felt taking it down was the best way to move forward. Bunnie began the conversation by saying:
“I took it down because I realized I just don’t want one of the hardest moments of my life to become a permanent headline.”
Although she’s always believed in being transparent with her audience, Bunnie realized that what she needed most was time and space to heal.
“That episode served a purpose for me at that time,” she continued. “And it was real, it was honest, and it came from exactly where I was emotionally in that moment. But I’m not in that same place anymore.”
Bunnie went on to say, “I don’t want the divorce to become my entire personality. I don’t want to be the poster child for divorce.”
You can watch Bunnie’s full conversation in the video below.
Bunnie is clearly ready to put this behind her, and it seems like this may be the last time she publicly speaks about her divorce.
Moving forward, she has big plans for this new chapter of her life.
Earlier this month, Bunnie revealed that she applied to college and was accepted. She’ll be continuing her education at Arizona State University.
