Meghan Markle posted a new photograph to mark her 45th birthday this week, and it certainly divided royal fans. While some loved the black-and-white photograph of Meghan in her swimsuit jumping into a swimming pool holding balloons, others were not keen on the picture, believing that the duchess was “trying too hard” to appear happy.
Regardless of how it made fans feel, one expert has said that the latest photograph has proved one thing about Meghan which many people will love. This is the fact that the duchess seems to have a “zest for life” and happiness. This is something her fans will love to see, celebrity psychic and body language expert Inbaal Honigman has said.

Royal Family LIVE: Princess Kate’s 4-word Harry and Meghan ‘verdict’ after meeting
‘Real’ reason Princess Eugenie gave birth in Portugal and not the UK
In an exclusive chat with The Daily Express, Inbaal Honigman said: “A sense of such positivity on her birthday really showcases Meghan’s zest for life, and her belief in the promise of tomorrow.”
The expert continued: “Meghan’s raised arms are joyous and optimistic, they’re up in the air in a victory pose. The raised arms are an indication that the duchess is in an intensely positive mood for her birthday. Punching the air, times two. It signifies double joy.
“The forward-movement of her legs, ploughing ahead as if marching, is also optimistic. They convey a sense of confidence and cheer.
“Those legs, stepping forward even in mid-air, show that Meghan feels that every day is worth looking forward to. She has no plans to stop or stand still.
“Her smile might be a little over stretched, lips tense, sharing a feeling of some anxiety. The lifestyle maven may feel that she’s taking some risks, but there is unbridled joy in her risk-taking.”
Later on in the day, Meghan shared a video on her Instagram story dancing in her kitchen with her birthday balloons and a birthday headband on. She appeared to be in her pyjamas, wearing a top that read: “It’s giving Mrs.”
Her husband Prince Harry can be heard laughing in the background, saying “oh dear”.
She then shared a video of her and Harry putting party hats on their two dogs Pula and Mamma Mia. The dogs appeared to like the attention, with Harry and Meghan laughing as their pets struggled to keep the hats on.
