Luke Bryan‘s lovable dog surprised fans at his recent concert by trotting out onstage in the middle of a song.

Bryan’s Word on the Street Tour took him to The Wharf Amphitheater in Orange Beach, Alabama, on Saturday, July 25th. Shane Profitt, Karley Scott Collins, Lauren Watkins, and DJ Rock joined him as supporting acts in Orange Beach.

Bryan also received some support from a VIP (very important pup). While he was singing his easy-breezy #1 hit, “Sunrise, Sunburn, Sunset,” his adorable dog interupted the song to make a special delivery.

The singer’s canine companion ran onstage with a can of beer in its mouth and a backstage pass around its neck. The precious pup’s tail was wagging a mile a minute as Bryan bent down to accept the beer and give his pal some well-earned affection.

Luke Bryan Once Brought His Dog On The Set Of American Idol

We couldn’t determine the name of the specific pup who brought Luke Bryan his mid-concert beer. It appears to be the same black Labrador Retriever that appeared in some photos the longtime American Idol judge posted on social media in April 2025.

We do know the names of two of Bryan’s other dogs. He has a black English Cocker Spaniel named Boss and a chocolate Lab, aptly named Choc. The two of them have a joint Instagram page, although there haven’t been any photos posted to it since 2024.

Idol fans got the chance to meet Choc in 2024 when Bryan brought him to visit the crew on set. Choc ended up taking Katy Perry‘s place at the judges’ table between Bryan and Lionel Richie. Then, he showed off some tricks and ran around with a Golden Ticket in his mouth (which Bryan had to take away so he wouldn’t tear it up).
